We use fresh duck meat in our home kitchen – High-quality duck meat and offal are cooked slowly and gently at low temperatures. Only then do we add blanched sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, pears and cranberries, as well as linseed oil, rosehip, algae lime, brewer’s yeast, seaweed flour and rosemary to the prepared dish. This ensures optimal preservation of taste and nutrients.

70% boiled duck (of which 80% duck meat, 20% duck guts: heart, kidneys, stomach), 7% sweet potatoes, 7% carrots, 6% peas, 4% pears, 3% cranberries, 1.9% linseed oil, 0.4% rose hip, 0.4% algae lime, 0.1% brewer’s yeast, 0.1% seaweed flour, 0.05% sage, 0.05% rosemary.
