BREEDER PROGRAM RULES

1. General provisions

1.1. The breeders’ program is a special loyalty program organized and administered by SIA “Biomill”, reg. No. 40103263538, within the framework of the online store ZooZoom.lv.

1.2. The aim of the program is to provide professional and registered animal breeders with special conditions of cooperation, personalized offers and additional benefits when purchasing goods ZooZoom.lv.

1.3. Participation in the Breeder Program is free of charge.

1.4. SIA “Biomill” reserves the right to amend the Program Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing information ZooZoom.lv.

1.5. Participation in the Programme is voluntary.

2. Requirements of the participants

2.1. The breeders’ program is open to:

  • natural persons;
  • legal entities;
  • economic operators;

who are engaged in breeding dogs, cats or other pets.

2.2. To become a participant in the Program, the applicant must:

  • be a registered ZooZoom.lv user;
  • fill in the Breeders’ Program application form;
  • jāpievieno derīga audzētavas reģistrācijas apliecība vai cits audzētāja statusu apliecinošs dokuments.

2.3. Pārdevējs ir tiesīgs pieprasīt papildu informāciju vai dokumentus, kas nepieciešami dalības izvērtēšanai.

2.4. The status of a participant in the program is granted after verification and approval of the submitted documents.

3. Benefits of the breeder program

Program participants may be granted the following benefits:

3.1. Personalized offers

Participants may receive special offers prepared according to:

  • the species of animals reared;
  • for advance purchases;
  • seasonal offers;
  • the scope of cooperation.

3.2. Individual prices

Individual prices or discounts may apply to Program Participants for certain items.

Individual prices:

  • not publicly available;
  • may vary from one Program Participant to another;
  • are subject to change without notice.

3.3. Bonuses and additional support

Within the framework of the program, participants can receive:

  • puppy packs;
  • kitten packs;
  • product samples;
  • gifts;
  • information materials;
  • other cooperation bonuses.

The availability of bonuses depends on the promotions of the moment, availability and conditions of cooperation partners.

4. Responsibilities of the Program Participant

4.1. The participant of the program is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.

4.2. If the details of the kennel or the status of the breeder change, the participant must immediately inform the ZooZoom.lv thereof.

4.3. The Program Benefits are intended only for the approved Program Member.

4.4. A participant may not:

  • transfer the granted discounts to third parties;
  • use the Program in bad faith;
  • to provide false information for the purpose of obtaining membership.

5. Suspension and termination of the programme

5.1. SIA “Biomill” has the right to suspend or cancel the status of a participant of the Program if:

  • false information has been submitted;
  • lost breeder status;
  • abuse of the Program has been detected;
  • these rules are violated.

5.2. A participant in the program can unsubscribe at any time by writing to e-mail: zoozoomlv@gmail.com.

5.3. The Seller is entitled to terminate the Program in whole or in part, having previously published information ZooZoom.lv.

6. Processing of personal data

6.1. Personal data submitted within the framework of the breeders’ program are processed in accordance with ZooZoom.lv Privacy Policy.

6.2. Data is used for:

  • For the administration of the program;
  • identification of the participant;
  • preparation of special offers;
  • to ensure communication.

6.3. The participant has the right to refuse to receive marketing communications at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. SIA “Biomill” does not guarantee the specific amount of the discount or the availability of bonuses.

7.2. The benefits of the program are subject to change, supplementation or discontinuation without notice.

7.3. SIA “Biomill” is not liable for losses incurred as a result of changes or termination of the Program.
