We use only fresh goat meat suitable for food. High-quality goat meat and offal are cooked slowly and gently at low temperatures. Only then we add blanched cassava, carrots, beets, apples, peaches, linseed oil, rosehip fruits, algae, brewer’s yeast, seaweed flour and a pinch of thyme to the boiled meat.
