DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. General provisions

1.1. These Delivery and Payment Terms define the procedure under which the online store ZooZoom.lv delivers goods and accepts payments for placed
orders.

1.2. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Latvia. In certain cases, delivery to other countries may be arranged by individual agreement.

Delivery Methods

During checkout, the Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:

  • Omniva parcel lockers;
  • DPD Pickup parcel lockers;
  • Venipak parcel lockers;
  • Unisend parcel lockers;
  • Latvijas Pasts services;
  • Courier delivery to the specified address;
  • Collection of goods on site.

The Seller reserves the right to change the available delivery methods by publishing the relevant information in the online store.

Delivery Fee

3.1. Delivery costs are calculated during checkout according to the selected delivery method.

3.2. For orders with a total value of 90.00 EUR or more, delivery within Latvia is provided free of charge, except where stated otherwise.

3.3. During promotions, delivery terms may be changed.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.

4.2. The delivery time depends on the selected delivery service provider.

4.3. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the operation of delivery companies or due to force majeure circumstances.

Order Receipt

5.1. Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must check the condition of the packaging.

5.2. If damage or discrepancies are identified, the Seller must be informed immediately by writing to zoozoomlv@gmail.com.

6. Payment Methods

ZooZoom.lv accepts the following payment methods:

  • bank cards (Visa, Mastercard);
  • PayPal;
  • payment by invoice;
  • cash payment upon collection of goods on site (if available).

6.2. Payment is considered received when the funds are credited to the Seller’s account or received by another selected payment method.
