SIA Biomill, with registration no. 40103263538, is the legal name of the company and the owner of the \u201cgrandorf.lv<\/a>\u201d store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latvian legislation stipulates that online store owners must define terms for product delivery and returns, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a stipulation is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this online store, SIA Biomill, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery and Payment Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer places orders for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can make payment for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email, corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Seller ensures delivery of goods within 3-5 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer the following delivery options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Pick up your order at our store-warehouse “ZooZoom.lv<\/a>“, C\u0113su iela 31\/k.3, Riga. The Buyer can pick up the order immediately after placing and paying for it on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders can be picked up within 10 days of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Pick up your order at any Omniva parcel locker in Latvia. The Buyer selects the specific Omniva parcel locker when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Pick up your order at any DPD parcel locker in Latvia. The Buyer selects the location of the parcel locker when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Receive your order by courier throughout Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery costs are displayed when selecting the specific delivery method at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer via email upon the Buyer’s request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer’s obligation is to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • the ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, or they spoil quickly or are quickly consumable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the ordered goods are manufactured specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the buyer has opened the packaging of audio or video recordings, or computer programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, paragraph six, states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer from exercising the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods are damaged, handled carelessly during use, or if instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used by the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation.
